| Methods Engineer |
Minimum 5 years experience as a
manufacturing process planner in a aerospace environment. Knowledge of Unigraphics CAD
package an asset. |
| Machinist |
Minimum 3 years of experience with
CNC machines, familiar with FANUC and MELDAS controls. |
| Setup Man |
Minimum 5 years of pertinent
experience in setting up horizontal and vertical machines. |
| Apprentice Machinist |
Must have a post-secondary
education in a qualified pre-apprenticeship machining program. Strong mechanical and math
skills. |
| CMM Operator |
Must have experience operating a cmm, knowledge of mitutoyo cmm software is an advantage. |
| Floor Inspector |
Junior floor inspector to inspect first off's, perform calibration, and make sure all traveller cards are properly serialized. Knowledge of Word and Excel is a must. |
| Tool Crib Operator |
Minimum 3 years experience in
preseting tools using a digital preseter. Must be familiar with different types of
toolholders, collets, extensions, etc. Must also be knowledgable of various types of
cutting tools. |
